Good application, "best dps specc" well highly depends on the boss encounters (most of the time we want the imp though) prolly 21/40 would be best dps otherwise it´s affliction all the way
but good gear overall, just need to work a bit on the trial.

i´d give it a go.

what trinkets you got beside the carrot in the stick and the riding crop

Actually we could need another shadowpriest, but in all honesty your gear is far from being good for 25 instances at the moment.

540 spelldmg is just a no go (that´s even less then i got with level 60). Work on your gear and reapply then would be my hint.

may i ask why:

head, chest, shoulder, back, legs, shield have no enchant?
